2.1 Information you voluntarily provide to us

When you visit www.ei-a.com you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself via contact form, or gated content form. The information we request will be the minimum amount required for us to respond to your contact enquiry or send you the marketing content you request.

We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from emails or letters you send to us.

We collect your data through website cookies in accordance with EU data protection law in order to track your usage of our website so we can get an overview of how effective our website is.

The data collected in this way is shared with Google Analytics via a tracking pixel and shared by Squarespace, our website platform provider (for data processing purposes only). We monitor and track activity throughout the year on an aggregated basis, and no personal data is attached to this analysis.

This data is used by us to improve our content and online reach.

We believe that the effect on you as an individual is extremely limited, and you have the right to decline cookies when you visit our website.

3. How is it collected?

We collect information via data capture forms linked to a corporate mailbox. We also collect anonymous information via Google Analytics and Squarespace internal analytics technology. We collect some information on how you interact with our website, for example using cookies.

4.Why is it being collected?

We collect data in order to personalise and optimize your experience on this website and to ensure that further contact from EI Advisory Ltd (if you agree) is relevant and under legitimate interest.

5. How will it be used?

We use your data to personalise your use of the website, and improve the user experience and our online reach.

The data we collect via the website forms is used by EI Advisory Ltd.

12. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of

his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Regulation.

The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant on the progress and the outcome of the complaint including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78.
